Indemnification: By participating in the market, all vendors shall be individually and severally responsible to the Ross Bridge Farmers Market, Gameday Done Right, McKay Management, Daniel Corporation, USS Real Estate, Daniel Ross Bridge LLC, the Ross Bridge Neighborhood Association, the Ross Bridge Town Center Association, and the Ross Bridge Master Association for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of the vendors’ negligence or that of its servants, agents or employees.
